Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

Your privacy matters. This page explains what information is collected on this site, how it's used, and your choices.

Information I collect

When you use the contact form, I collect your name, email address, and any message you choose to send.

When you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects your name, email, phone number, and answers to booking questions.

Like most websites, basic technical data (such as browser type and pages visited) may be collected automatically by the site's hosting provider.

How I use it

Your information is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule and hold calls, and provide coaching services you request.

I don't sell or rent your personal information, and I don't use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.

Third-party services

This site relies on trusted providers to operate, including website hosting, Calendly for scheduling, and email services. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.

Confidentiality

Anything you share in coaching conversations is kept confidential.

How long I keep it

Only as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, or meet legal or recordkeeping obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information I have about you at any time by emailing me.

California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and delete personal information. I do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

I may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
